The Remove Non-Friable Asbestos course takes 1 day, face to face, with theory and hands-on practical training.

When you are assessed as competent you receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for CPCCDE3014, issued by Kallibr Training (RTO 32365).

You need to hold CPCWHS001- Prepare to work safely in the construction industry before you start. You also need to be 18 years or older; able to read, understand, and write English; able to produce and meet the evidence of identity criteria as per SafeWork / Worksafe identification requirements.

Remove Non-Friable Asbestos costs $345 in Queensland and $345 in New South Wales, per person. Eligible Queensland construction workers can get CSQ funding of $280 and pay a gap fee of $65. The fee for each class shows next to its date before you book.

At our training centres in Salisbury (Brisbane) and Ingleburn (Sydney). We can also run it at your workplace for a group, if your site meets the training and assessment requirements.

You are assessed through Q&A theory, practicals and observations. If you are not yet competent in a part, your trainer explains what to work on and the options for reassessment.

Yes. A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is needed for all nationally recognised training. It is free and takes a few minutes to create at usi.gov.au.

Bring current photo ID and your USI, and wear enclosed safety boots and clothes suited to practical work. Your booking confirmation lists anything else this course needs.
