Do the refresher if you hold a current K-023 Polyethylene Squash/Squeeze Off Jacks/Pliers. If you have never done it, book Commission or Decommission including Poly Squash Off.

No. Poly Squash Off Refresher is a non-accredited course, so it does not lead to a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment. You receive a Kallibr Training certificate of completion when you finish.

A current K-023 Polyethylene Squash/Squeeze Off Jacks/Pliers. You also need to be 18 years or older; able to read, understand, and write English; able to produce and meet the evidence of identity criteria as per SafeWork / Worksafe identification requirements.

At our training centre in Carrum Downs (Melbourne). It runs in Victoria only. We can also run it at your workplace for a group, if your site meets the training and assessment requirements.

You are assessed through Q&A theory, practicals and observations. If you are not yet competent in a part, your trainer explains what to work on and the options for reassessment.

Bring current photo ID, and wear enclosed safety boots and clothes suited to practical work. Your booking confirmation lists anything else this course needs.
