These units for part of the core units for UEG30121 Certificate III in Gas Supply Industry Operations.
This course provide the skills and knowledge required to gather information and support effective relationships and networks, with particular regard to communication and representation, and organise personal work schedules, to monitor and obtain feedback on work performance and to maintain required levels of competence.
The course applies to individuals who use leadership skills to support the development of teams and help facilitate communication between team members, who exercise discretion and judgement and apply a broad range of competencies in various work contexts.
