About Buildsafe
Buildsafe needed its workforce trained and certified in two closely related but distinct competencies – Basic Scaffolding and Working at Heights – both essential for personnel working on elevated and scaffold-access tasks.
Delivered separately, these courses would typically mean more total days off-site and a longer path to a fully certified team.
The Training Solution
Rather than running Basic Scaffolding and Working at Heights as two separate engagements, Kallibr combined them into a single, structured 5-day program delivered at our Salisbury training centre.
The program was delivered by Rob, a Kallibr trainer with an extensive background in scaffolding. Rob’s industry experience and strength as an instructor meant Buildsafe’s participants received practical, high-quality training grounded in real-world scaffold and height-safety practice throughout the program.
How Kallibr Training Supported Buildsafe
By structuring the two courses to run together rather than sequentially, Kallibr was able to deliver a better outcome for Buildsafe within the same overall training period it would normally take to complete just one of the courses.
Participants completed the program with certification in both Basic Scaffolding and Working at Heights, with less total time away from operational duties and a single, streamlined engagement with Kallibr from start to finish.
