Manual Handling Training

The Manual Handling course takes 4 hours, face to face, with theory and hands-on practical training.

No. Manual Handling is a non-accredited course, so it does not lead to a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment. You receive a Kallibr Training certificate of completion when you finish.

There are no prerequisites. You also need to be 18 years or older; able to read, understand, and write English; able to produce and meet the evidence of identity criteria as per SafeWork / Worksafe identification requirements.

At our training centres in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, as dates are scheduled. We can also run it at your workplace for a group, if your site meets the training and assessment requirements.

You are assessed through a theory assessment. If you are not yet competent in a part, your trainer explains what to work on and the options for reassessment.

Bring current photo ID, and wear enclosed safety boots and clothes suited to practical work. Your booking confirmation lists anything else this course needs.

Yes. For 4 or more people we run private classes at our centres or at your site, around your shifts. Ask for a team quote.
